Welcome to Ferrisburgh Central School's Digital headquarters.

Here you will find links to school resources, photos, and news.  The links to the right will help your search.

The Truth about the last challenge:  The truth is that I really wanted my hair cut.  Maybe not 1/8 inch long, but I wanted to get rid of my not so "wonderful" hair.  So this weekend we took out the trimmers and my son gave me a haircut.  I thought the trimmer we chose would leave behind some hair . . . but it turns out it didn't leave much behind.  Here is a video of the cut - LINK.

The next challenge:  Several of you have asked for a second challenge.  I know what I want from you, but I'm not sure what I can offer if you meet my challenge.  You can send me ideas of what I can do for you if you meet the challenge

What I want:  I want to see your artwork.  Something that you made during the school closure time.  If I get 56 examples of student artwork (one per student) I will . . . (This is where you have to get creative.)  *Send pictures of your artwork to [email protected]  The deadline will be May 22nd.

*Send  your ideas of what I can do if you meet the challenge to [email protected]

Long Distance Interview:   We are working on a long distance interview with Max Romey.  Max makes short documentary films usually with an outdoor theme.   Max lives in Alaska and travels the world making movies and painting.   Please send us questions for Max to answer about movie making and his travels.   Send questions to [email protected]

Here are links to two Short videos by Max - “Walk” made when he was in high school and “How not to Capture the Grand Canyon” which has won several film festival awards.  He has had one video featured on the GoPro site - LINK - and one that will be featured by GoPro in the next week.
