My classroom opens at 7:00 AM each morning. Any child that needs help in any subject, needs time to finish something independently, or simply wants to chill out before starting school may come enjoy the classroom.

To enhance our grammar and writing skills we use several programs to learn and reinforce the skills needed for effective writing.
Look for a selection of novels to be read throughout the year. The kids may see authors such as Clive Cussler, John Bellaris, Theodore Taylor, William Armstrong, E. L. Konigsburg, Natalie Babbit, Wilson Rawles, and more...
In our homerooms we will focus on fictional and personal writing. Dialogue, spooky stories, narratives, and personal pieces will be undertaken.
We have a bread maker in the room and jars for supplies. As long as the children provide the supplies (flour, sugar, salt, butter etc.) they have the ability to make a batch of bread before school whenever they wish.
